As Christmas was approaching, Aly and I worked on a list of things to do to celebrate. She wanted to make cookies and they were going to be called Sugar Bites. She told me all the ingredients. She had basically given me the ingredients for chocolate chip cookies plus cinnamon and cocoa powder. She wanted to decorate her cookies with icing though we never got around to that part. She made them all by herself and was so proud.
